I love some post yoga carbs, ideally in the form of a potato or bread or tortillas..... or beer.
Why I practice:
I practice yoga at BSY because I enjoy the themes and how sequences build up to peaks. I like the feeling of finishing a challenging class and the community of teachers and practitioners at BSY.
Why I teach yoga:
As a former middle school teacher, I missed teaching, and the feeling of helping students succeed and grow. Teaching yoga lets me do this again.
What to expect from my class:
Expect a challenging and accessible sequence with longer holds and some upbeat music.
