Teaching since:

Favorite place to eat after yoga:
I’m always hungry after yoga. I usually head straight home to eat a yummy meal prepared by my husband. He’s a great cook!
Why I practice:
I practice yoga because it is my dedicated time to breathe, release, unwind, and be in tuned with my body.
Why I teach yoga:
I teach yoga because I truly believe it should be accessible to any and every body. I am especially interested in teaching restorative yoga as a form of healing for ethnic and race-based trauma.
What to expect from my class:
I bring mindfulness and breathwork into my classes. You know your body best! I will ask you to do what feels right for you. My hope is that you will leave feeling grounded and restored.
More about LeShonne:
