Dante's is my go-to after-yoga meal in West Town. Nothing beats a slice of pizza (or two) after a good yoga workout!

Why I practice:

Yoga helps me stay grounded and recharge. I first came to yoga as an athlete with injuries. Today, yoga continues to help me balance strength with softness. It grants me space to connect with my physical body in a way that is both challenging and nurturing.

Why I teach yoga:

Yoga has brought so much positive, healing energy into my life, and I want to share that with others! I love helping folks accomplish a pose or transition they didn't think they could do before!

What to expect from my class:

I love to lead an energizing practice, with upbeat tunes and plenty of encouragement to meet your edge. I'll provide lots of prop options and variations in poses, so you can find what feels right in your body that day. We'll probably break a sweat, but we'll have fun doing it!
