Yoga makes me strong, both mentally and physically,  My favorite part of practicing yoga is that you never stop learning and challenging yourself.

Why I teach:  

Teaching yoga is a way to share my passion for the practice and experience with others.  I love the sense of community created in the yoga studio when were all learning and practicing together.

What to expect from my class:

I believe that if you’re going to set aside this time to practice, we should make it count! I try to build in options that will challenge you. It’s always been a helpful guide to me to see what the more challenging options are for a pose so I know what to aspire for. The best part is one day, realizing how far you’ve come. I believe we should have fun trying to push ourselves, and attempt challenging poses and holds.   We’re all here to support each other.

What to expect from my class:

A fun and energizing sequence, focused on strength and flexibility.   I love that moment when you surprise yourself my getting into a pose you've never tried before. Expect lots of variations on the more challenging poses so everyone has a chance to surprise themselves!
