Why I practice and teach yoga:

I practice so I can connect with my body, be playful, and recharge. I teach so I can share those same feelings with others! I like helping others access their strength, flexibility, connect with themselves, and chill out!

What to expect from my class:

Claire's classes generally have a lighthearted intensity. Expect to utilize your strength, find flexibility, focus on your breathing, and leave feeling relaxed- emphasis on the breathing and feeling relaxed during restorative classes!
