Why I practice yoga: I began practicing yoga to get back in shape after knee surgery. I now practice to stay grounded, reduce my stress, and stay healthy. Can’t imagine my life without it.
Why I teach: I love helping students explore poses that they would not try on their own, leave happier than when they walked in, and feel more confident in their abilities.
What to expect from my class: An energetic class that has opportunities to try new asanas, with some humor thrown in.
