Favorite yoga pose: Forearm Balance
Why I practice: I began practicing yoga consistently in 2013 to supplement marathon training. Yoga allowed me to stay active after a running related injury and to recover following surgery. I enjoy the challenge of this style along with the mental and physical benefits. I can take my practice with me anywhere.
Why I teach yoga: Everyone's yoga journey is different and ever evolving. I enjoy helping others learn - whether that's accomplishing a new pose or going deeper in another.
What to expect from my class: A challenging sequence that makes an hour fly by, mixed in with jokes and laughter.
