Saturday, December 7th 1:30pm - 3:30pm Join Claire Harper and Nicolette Downs for the first workshop in their adjustment series!
Yoga teachers and students alike will get something out of this workshop. We will move through a backbends class and practice the adjustments essential for aiding students in key poses and helping them safely deepen their practice.

Tuesdays, 1/7, 1/14, 1/21 & 1/28 8:00pm - 9:15pm New to yoga? This 4-class series will introduce you to the basic poses and movements of yoga in a supportive environment with other students who are also new to the practice. By the end of the series, you will be able to drop into a yoga class and feel comfortable with the yoga terminology and basic postures. Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in. We provide a yoga mat and all props.
