Why I practice and teach yoga:
Yoga helps me connect to who I really am. After yoga, my mind feels at ease and hopeful, and my body feels relaxed and recharged. I believe yoga can help us to get out of our own ways and be our best selves. A mind-body connection happens in yoga that helps form positive mental and physical habits. This can improve connections to others and overall contentment.
What to expect from my class:
To be challenged and energized, with sequencing that connects breath to movement, relaxes the mind, and allows all your bodies’ energy to be put into your yoga practice.
