Why I practice yoga: I practice yoga for SO MANY reasons! To increase my mind/body/breath awareness. To get in touch with my physical and emotional body. To practice strength, control and grace. I practice yoga because it's fun and makes me feel amazing. I honestly feel like the best version of myself when I'm on the mat - present and energized. And that version of myself comes with me off the mat and into the world.
Why I teach: I teach yoga because my purpose in life is to help others become the best version of themselves. I want to inspire people to live into the power of their own possibility! I love helping people try and achieve postures they didn't think were possible...and suddenly, they're in them!
What to expect from my class: Expect to be challenged. Expect to have fun. Definitely expect to walk out with a smile on your face!
